Tasting Notes:
A concentrated blend of organic Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon from a cooler vintage, this wine was built to age and now shows its mature smooth tannins and fresh acidity among complex herbaceous notes like hints of tomato vine, mint and oregano which complement the fruit. Wonderful sense of richness with a full body and mouth feel for this very easy drinking wine. Decanting recommended.

Grapes grown at the Sekhon Family Vineyard in Osoyoos, BC.
Winemaker Notes:
A blend of 87% Cabernet Sauvignon and 13% Cabernet Franc, aged 27 months in French and American oak barrels.

Pairs beautifully with grass fed steak, anything from the grill or hard cheeses
