Tasting Notes:
A beautiful off dry rose with generous notes of cherry, strawberry, orange pith, and black tea. The refreshing acidity and long finish draw you back for more.
Vineyard Notes:
The Cabernet Sauvignon was grown by the Sehkon Family in Osoyoos. The Cabernet Franc was grown at Summerhill’s Esther vineyard in Kaleden. The Zweigelt was grown by Jim and Elmer Eidse on the South Kelowna Slopes.
Winemaker Notes:
The grapes were hand harvested and destemmed into tank. After 24 hours a portion of the juice was saigneed together and allowed to ferment in stainless steel.
