Tasting Notes:
Lovely notes of cassis, red fruit, black cherry, graphite and black pepper with a hint of red licorice. We recommend some aeration and although great to savour now, it will be even better after 3 or 4 years in the cellar.
Vineyard Notes:
Organic grapes sourced from the Sehkon Family Vineyard in Osoyoos, BC were hand harvested in October, 2020.
Winemaker Notes:
Naturally fermented in oak foudre, then aged 14 months in 1/3 new oak barriques, and 2/3 neutral oak barrique.
Food Pairing Notes:
Enjoy with grass fed beef, rabbit cacciatore or hard cheeses.
