Tasting Notes:
This full-bodied red is classic Okanagan Foch. Zippy acidity and low smooth tannins which are classic hallmarks of this hybrid varietal combine with notes of cherry, cranberry and chocolate with a light tobacco and leather for a smooth finish.
Vineyard Notes:
Grapes sourced from Marechal Foch vines lovingly cultivated in soils comprised of silt, glacial rock and gravel at the Buchler family’s organic Park Hill Vineyard in Oliver, BC. 2021 was a warm and dry vintage in the Okanagan Valley, yielding red wines of fruity intensity and balance.
Winemaker Notes:
The wine was fermented in a combination of insulated bins, oak foudre, and stainless steel. It mellowed and harmonized for 22 months in neutral French and American oak barrels.

Best enjoyed with roasted, grilled and smoked meats, hearty stews, or chocolate and fruit.
