Tasting Notes:
Notes of strawberry, violet and green tobacco delight the nose and carry through the palate where flavours of red cherry and crushed gravel deepen and refresh. Lifted acidity, fine tannins and a long finish round out this beautifully balanced Pinot Noir.
Vineyard Notes:
Pinot Noir grapes were harvested from three pristine, certified organic vineyards located in distinct areas of the Okanagan Valley. 2021 was a warm growing season in the Okanagan Valley, yielding exceptional red wines with fruity notes.
Winemaker Notes:
A portion of the wine fermented in a large, 10,000L oak foudre while the remainder fermented in small totes. After pressing, the wine was barreled down into neutral oak barriques where it rested for six months before blending and bottling.

Enjoy with pan-roasted chicken thighs or earthy lentil and mushroom dishes.
