Tasting Notes:
With more tannins and structure than it’s 2007 older brother, the 2008 vintage is a little less fruity with aromas around dried floral notes which complement a very mild oxidation, enhancing the natural warm spicy notes of this wine.

Unfined and unfiltered, 282 cases produced.
Food Pairing Notes:
Easy to drink and pair exceptionably well with a roasted chicken or a North African chicken couscous.
